Try to retrieve the data yourself using utilities such as “CHKDSK.” In many cases, this will damage your hard drive beyond repair, making hard drive data retrieval more costly or perhaps even impossible for experts. If you continue to try to boot up your computer or read the data, you may hear a clicking noise. The coating that actually stores your data is being scratched off, making it impossible to retrieve the data.

SSD Recovery is a complicated process that requires special equipment to access information from solid state memory chips.
One of the problems inherent in solid state disk drives, especially when they are used in large company servers and in RAID servers, is the “write endurance,” or how many times data can be written to a particular block without that block failing. Granted, the write endurance of SSD memory is still more than millions of cycles and about 3 times that of a regular hard drive (depending on the manufacturer) -- but SSD memory is not invincible.
