This industry-first portable hard drive for mobile devices, including  smartphones, iPads and other tablets extends the storage capacity of mobile devices without drawing any power from the device. The GoFlex Satellite uses a rechargeable lithium polymer battery and WiFi technology to seamlessly stream media — including photos and video — from an Internet enabled mobile device to the hard drive. The GoFlex hard drive connects to mobile devices via the free GoFlex Media app available through iTunes or the Android market, or via a Web browser. The drive holds more than 300 HD videos, making it the perfect companion to smartphones, tablets and iPads with limited storage capabilities as well as a great way to back up your mobile files.
