When the government needs to purchase services or products from outside vendors, they can rely on GSA-approved contractors who are agreed to pre-negotiated prices, warranties and delivery terms. This is especially important when dealing with information technology.
24 Hour Data has advanced security protocol to protect sensitive government data. In 2016, the Navy relied on our engineers for a RAID server recovery. Read the full case study.
Services for GSA Clients
Data recovery is the process of retrieving digital information which for various reasons, has become inaccessible. 24 Hour Data is approved for recovery on all operating systems and models of computers, external hard drives, servers, NAS and SAN devices and flash drives.
24 Hour Data’s team first determines whether the problem is related to hardware/mechanical or software/virtual. For hardware failure, our engineers make repairs in our ISO Class 10 certified clean room. The air in the clean room is 100,000 times cleaner than the air in an average office. Because working in a clean room is essential for recovering data, we make hardware repairs onsite at our headquarters in Dallas, TX. Most drives and media can be securely shipped for processing.
However, our team has traveled to Virginia and other states to assist in software data loss. Even though our team and equipment are in Texas, 24 Hour Data has been chosen by agencies all over the US for our discounted volume pricing and speed that is unmatched.
Choose 24 Hour Data for a GSA Contract
In 2015, 24 Hour Data received a five-year Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract (#GS-35F-0020DA) for Federal Supply Schedule 70. The current contract runs through October of 2020.
In most cases, we can recover data from hard drives and servers in 48 to 72 hours, unless we need to procure special parts. If you order expedited service, we’ll assign an engineering team to your project and they’ll work 24 hours a day until they finish.
If you’re buying services through the GSA Advantage! online market place, you can select the following codes:

24 Hour Data’s GSA pricing is based on the capacity of the hard drive, the complexity of the recovery service and the required turnaround. Conventional hard drives are rated either 2TB and under, or over 2TB. Solid state drives will be rated at either 128GB and under, or over 128 GB.
We assign each project a complexity rating of 1 to 3. Level 1 is for the simplest projects, which involve the least invasive recovery methods. Level 3 requires replacement or repair of internal parts and extensive clean-room work in Dallas, TX.
24 Hour Data provides a no data, no charge guarantee. If we’re unable to recover your drive, we’ll charge you nothing. We’ll only invoice schedule charges upon successful recovery of your media.
